A European University of the Future: EURECA-PRO Partner Universities Met in Freiberg and Mittweida

Around 150 representatives from nine universities across Europe met in Freiberg and Mittweida from September 23 to 27, 2024. 

As part of the European university alliance EURECA-PRO (European University on Responsible Consumption and Production), they are working towards nothing less than creating a European education space where new forms of cross-border science can emerge.

The working groups focused primarily on joint study programmes and research projects, as well as establishing a virtual campus. They also discussed ways to involve students more closely in the alliance’s planning.
